Recently settling in West Chester, PA, Michael resides with his wife Kristan, their son Gryffin, and their two rescue cats named Little One and Squiggy. Michael is a distinguished alumnus of Rider University, where he earned degrees in both Communications and Business.

Residing in Chester Springs, PA, with her husband, Lisa has built a fulfilling personal life alongside her professional achievements. Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at Villanova University and his master’s at Eastern University. In 2010, he completed his doctoral studies at The University of Pennsylvania where he examined the intersection of entrepreneurship and education. Outside of work, Matthew is an avid Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, musician and puzzle enthusiast. He lives with his wife, dog and two cats in North Wales, PA.
